We recognize that ordering used books online, sight unseen, requires trust. That's why we guarantee that every book we sell through our website is a good reading copy. Sometimes we make mistakes. If that's the case, please give us the chance to make things right.

Returns

If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, and we'll refund your purchase for the full amount of the book(s).

All returned items must include the original invoice, or reference a specific invoice or order. Reason(s) for the return must be included in your return package. All refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

If the mistake is ours (damage or error), we'll gladly refund shipping charges, including return shipping charges. Otherwise, we will refund the original price of the book(s).
